JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Grade 8 minimum
• Valid code EC,EC1 driver’s license with and a valid PrDP
• Supervisory and driving experience

SUB-DEPOT DESPATCHER

• Grade 12 diploma or equivalent
• Valid EC Driver’s license and PrDP

• Update shift schedule
• Shift schedule optimization
• Best practices for shift scheduling
• Shift schedule management strategies

CLERK PRIVATE HIRE

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Grade 12
• Computer literacy
• At least two years of clerical experience

JOB OUTPUTS

• Maintain records of private hire administration
• Handle telephone queries regarding the service provided
• Handling private hire administration (issuing quotations, invoices, etc.)
• Reconciliation of special hire waybills
